All accounts, intangible personal property, fixtures, furniture,
furnishings and other personal property of whatsoever nature, in-
cluding but not limited to plumbing, heating and lighting appara-
tus, floor rnverinqs, draperies, screens, storm windows and doors,
boilers, machinery, stoves, electric ranges, disposals, dishwash-
ers, exhaust fans, refriqerators, elevators and heatinq and air
conditioning systems (including all additions, improvements,
accessions, replacements and substitutions thereto and therefor),
of Debtor-Borrower now existing or owned or hereafter arising or
acquired and locate~ in or on the following-described real prop-
ert-y, whether now on the property or added later; all deposits
held by or for Debtor-Borrower pursuant to eontracts for the sale
or lease of units located or~to be located on, or other portions
of, the real property described below; and all receivables now or
hereafter due Debtor-Borrower with respect to purchase or lease
aqreements covering the sale or lease of units located or to be
located on, or other portions of, the real property described
below; together with all instruments, documents, chattel papers
and general intangibles relating_ to or arising from the foregoing
collateral and all cash and non-cash proceeds and nroducts
thereof.
