THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
Complaint and a Default having been entered by the Clerk of
this Court on the 8th day of January, 1981 against the
Defendant, HURLEY GRAY MEEKS, for his failure to serve or
file any paper as required by law, due and proper service
having been made by personal,servioe on the 17th day of
November, 1980, and the Court being otherwise advised~in the
premises, upon consideration thereof, it is:
ORDERED AKD ADJiIDGED that:
Plaintiff, ROY WALKER, recover from the Defendant,
HURLEY GRAY MEEKS, the sum of $5,739.32, toqether with costs
of this action in the amount of $57.00, for all of which let
execution issue.
