BUILDING LOAN MORTGAGE
MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this
day of October~ 1980, by and between OCEAN DUNES
DEVFLOPMENT CORPORATION (the "Borrower"), a Florida cor-
poration, having an office at 10044 South State Road A-I-A
Jensen Beach, Florida, and NATIONAL BANK OF NORTH AMERICA
(the "Bank"), a national banking association,having an
nffice at 44 Wall_Street, New York, New York.
W I T N E S S E T N:
WHEREAS,
A. The Borrower is the owner and holder of
the fee title to that certuin property, together with all
the improvements located ar~d situate thereon, located on
State Road A-Z-A, Hutchinson Island, County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, and legally described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
B. The Borrower is obligated t~ pay that
cer~ain building loan mortgage note (the "Note") in the
original principal suir of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND
and 00/100 ($1,600,000.00) llOLLARS dated November 2, 1979,
the payr.-ent of which note is secured by that certain building
loan mortgage (the "riortgage") dated November 2, 1979, having
}~een recor4ed on t:ovember 6, 1979 in the Of~ice of the Cl~rk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, under
Clerk's Fiie No. 465002 in Official Records Book 319, at
~ Page 544;
