' MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT,-made this day of January, 1981, by
i~=1-
a~d between GULFSTREAM BROADCASTING CO., INC., a Florida cor-
poration with its principal place of business at 1600 South
Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florfda, hereinafter referred to
as "Borrower", and the SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a
Florida banking corporation, with its principal place of busi-
ness at 111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, F'lorida, hereinaf ter
referred to as "Lender";
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Borzower has previously borrowed from Lender
certain sums of money, which indebtednesses are evidenced by
promissory notes of Borrower as follows:
A. That certain promissory note evidencing an indebted-
ness in the amount of Ninety-Nine Thousand Forty-Four and
22/100 ($99,044.22) Dollars, dated June 16, 1978; herein-
after referred to as Note "A";
B. That certain promissory note evidencing an indebted-
ness in the amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00)
Dollars dated October 27, 1980; hereinafter referred to as
Note wB~;
C. That certain promissory note evidencing an indebted-
ness in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00)
Dollars, dated Decembe~r 6, 1980; hereinafter referred to
as Note "C";
D. That certain promi~sory note evidencing an indebted-

referred to as Note "D ; and C~S~ ,~
WHEREAS, RONALD E. CRIDER, also known as RONALD CRIDER,
and ROBERT A. ROBERTS are the sole stockholders of Borrower as
of the time of executing this Agreement and all promissor.y
notes~identified herein; and
WHEREAS, the said RONALD E. CRIDER and R08ERT A. ROBERTS
borrowed certain sums of moneys from lender, which indebted-
nesses are evidenced by the following described promissory
notes:
E. Promissory note of RONALD E. CRIDER and ROBERT A.
ROBERTS evidencing an indebtedness in the amount of One
Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand ($136,000.00) Dollars dated
October 1, 1980= hereinafter referred to as Note "E";
