debtedness in the amount of Ninety ($90,000.00) Dollars
dated December 4, 1980s hereinaf ter referred to as Note "G"=
WHEREAS, RONALD E. CRIDER is the sole stockholder of

BROADCAST AUTOMATION ASSOCIATES,~INC., which has also borrowed
a certain sum of money from Lender, which indebtedness is evi-
denced by the following described promissory note:

H. Promissory note of BROADCAST AUTOMATION ASSOCIATES,
INC., evidencing an indebtedness in the amount of Fifteen
Thousand ($15,000.00) Dollars dated November 6, 1980;
- hereinafter referred to as Note "H" f and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid monies loaned to RONALD E. CRIDER
and ROBERT A. ROBERTS and BROADCAST AUTOMATION ASSOCIATES, INC.,
were ultimately used to meet additional capital requirements
and operating expenses of Borrower; and
WHEREAS, the tax required~by Section 201.08 of the Florida
Statutes has been paid and proper s~amps have been affixed to
each of the above-described notes; and
WHEREAS, promissory note A is secured by a security agree-
ment given by Borrower to Lender, which security agreement
creates a security intexest in certain tangible personal prop-
erty as more particularly identified ~therein and which security
interest is perfected by virtue of a financing statement filed
on June 26, 1978 with the Office of the Secxetary of State of
the State of Florida, File No. 902319, and xecorded in Official
Record Book 289 at Page 1035 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, promissory note B is secured by a secuxity agree-
ment given by Borrower to Lender, which security agreement
creates a security interest in certain tangible personal prop-
er*y as more particularly identified therein and which security
interest is perfected by virtue of a financing statement filed
on November 16, 1979 with the Offfce of the Secretary of State
