Interest on the outstanding principal balance shall be payable in consecutive monthly in- stallments due on the first day of each month commencing on March 1, 1981. Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars of principal shall be payable on August 1, 1981 and thexeafter, principal shall be payable in eighty-three (83) consecutive monthly installments_due on the first day of each month com- mencing on September 1, 1981 in the amount of Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-Three ($7,143.00) Dollars each and a final installment of Seven Thousand One Hundred Th ty-One quW,sr ~ ($7,131.00) Dollars due on Peb~ne~rq 1, 1988. Borrower may prepay the consolidated indebtedness in whole or in part at any time without penalty; provided each such pre- payment is not less than Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars. All such prepayiaents shall first be applied to accrued interest and then to the outstanding principal balance. Any such pre- payment shall not postpone the due date of the next due in- stallment of interest, but shall, to the extent of prepayment of principal, be applied to the next due installments of prin- cipal. In case of default in payment of any amounts due hereunder or the performance of any of the covenants or agreements con- tained in the aforementioned Security Agreements and other documents, whether prior or subsequent hereto, securing this indebtedness, and if such default shall continue for ten (10) days after written notice thereof given to Borrower at the address stated above, or such other address as Bozrower may ~ specify in writing to Lender, Lender shall have the optional right to declare, without further notice, the amount of the total unpaid balance hereof to be due and forthwith_payable in advance of the maturity date as fixed herein.
