No act of omission or conunission of the Lender, including specifically any failure to exercise any right, remedy or recourse, shall be deemed to be a waiver or release of the same, such waiver or release to be effected only through a written document here- af ter executed by the Lender and then only to the extent specifically recited thereon. A waiver or release with refex- ence to any one event shall not be construed as continuing, as a bar to, or as a waiver or release of, any subsequent right, remedy or recourse as to a subsequent event. The Borrower and any guarantor or endoraer, hereby waives presentment for payment, demand, protest, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and expressly agrees to remain and~con- tinue bound for the payment of the principal and interest pro- vided ~ar by the terms of this Agreement, notwithstanding any extension or extensions of the time for payment of said princi- pal or intere.st, or any change or changes in the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided for in this Agreement, or any change or changes by way of release or surrender or substitution of any real property and collateral, or either, held as security for this Agreement, and waives all and every kind of notice of such extension or extensions, change or changes, and agree that the same may be made without the joinder of Gulfstream Broadcasting Co., Inc. 4. Lender, for a period of one year from the date hereof, shall not release any collateral or security for the indebted- ness evidenced hereby given by any third party without the con- sent of Borrower. 5.
