If the Mortgagor fails to make any patment required
by the note when due or within Thirty (30) days thereafter~or '
if the Mortgagor materially breaches any agreement in this
mortgage and the breach is not cured within Ten (10) days after
the Mortgagees make' written demand therefore upon the Mortgagor,
then the Mortgagees may declare the entire unpaid balance of
the note,including accrued interest,accelerated and due and
payable forthwith.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Mortgagor has set his hand
and seal on the second day of February,1981.
