Before me the undersigned auChority personally appeared
ALAN CROSS
well known to me, who first being duly sworn and cautioned, did
depose and say as follows: ~
1. This Affidavit relates to the following described
property, lying and being situate in St. Lucie CounCy, Florida:
Part of Lots S and 6, Block 35, of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, Section
4, as per plat thereof on~file in Plat Book 11, at page 9 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being more
particularly described as: Commence at the most Westerly corner of
Lot 8, Block 35; thence North 410 14'00" East 31.08 feet along
the Northwesterly boundary of Lot 8 of said Block 35, to the
point of curvaCure of a curve to the right having a radius of
2046.59 feet; thence run Northeasterly along the arc of said
curve to the right a distance of~167.92 feet through a central
angle of 4° 42'04" to the Point of Beginning of the parcel of
land hereinafter described; thenee continue Northeasterly along -
the arc of said curve to the right having a radius of 2046.59 _
feet a distance of 109 feet through a central angle of 3°
03'06" to a point; thence run South 41° 00'S0" East radial .
to the last mentioned curve a distance of 140 feet tQ a point on
a curve having a radius of 1906.59 feet and being concentric with
the previously mentioned curve; thence run Southwesterly along
the arc of said curve to the lefC, being along the Southeasterly
boundary of said Lots 5 and 6, a distance of 101.55 feet through
a central angle of 3° 03'06" to a point; thence run North 44°
03'S6" West radial to both previously mentioned curves a distance
of 140 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said Parcel being also
referred to as Tract "U" of Block 35, River Park, Uni.t 4. Said
land siCuate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 2. Your Affiant is the Grandson of Michael J. Chesmar
and Alice D. Chesmar and knows of his own knowledge that Michael
J. Chesmar and Alice D. Chesmar were married to each other
prior to August 17, 1965, and remained continously married to
each other until the date of Michael J. Chesmars' death which
was February 3, 1972, as recorded in Official Records Book
230 at page 572 of the ~'ublic Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
