This conveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following: -
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.-
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully Warrant title to all the preaises
hereby conveyed against all and every person ~homscever, la~rfully c~aising by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same agains~ the laxful clai~s of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
