Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (512,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 3'i2, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed ~vith the Secretary of State, 3tate of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgage has requested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
~tortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said Mortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the , said 1Nortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behelf of the said mortgagor
at the time of the cxecution hereof, the receipt whereof is t~ereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, r~nd d~scharge from the lien and
operation of said A'Iortgage and other liens referred to aLove unto the said
Moctgagor, its successors and assigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed

discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage and every part thereof; provided
ulwa~•s, nevertheless that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effeet, 1~'en or encumbi•ance of the aforesaid A1ortgage and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged premises, not
