ti~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this
~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
~ ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in
!~ which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
,~~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condaainiun or re-
' t'~~ ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
~ the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
1 to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
~~' By-Laws and Deelaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Propertg OWners
~- Association; and Purchaser further ackno+,rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
. plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
~ and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the or~mers therein.
L Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominiwn coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
"-• Exhibita attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
' all of the terms and provisions of said Deelaration of Condaninium and Exhibits
t~~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OM-ner's Association
. has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the
~ ProperLy OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all rrarranties, representations, and inducements, if~any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
•-~~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property OWner's Association and
~~ other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
t guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
