~ 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chanqe or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
f mortgage, the provisions of which are.specifically reaffirmed by ~he new
obligor(s). , . ~
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal represent,a-
tives, successors and assi~ns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgaae and the maker(s) of all promissory notes-secured thereby. -..
~. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
•sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or'conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
