4. Except as specifically designate~-herein, nothing here shall
tonstitute a tha~~e or a~aendment to the aforementioned pranissory ~ote and
~wrtgage, the provisions of rrhich are specifically reaffirn~ed by the new
obligor(s). ~
5. This Agreement is bindin~ unon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assiqns af the parties. .
6. ?he Orrner(s) shall De bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same ma~ner as if the t~mer(s) aere Mortga9or(s) under said
mortgage and the a~aker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated neN interest rate payabie on the
suus secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaqed
property to the A+ner( s).- - _
