SEVEN: Purchaser may prepay the principal amount wtstanding in whole or in part. The Mortgagee may require that any putial
P~WYR-eMs (i) be made on the date moathly instaUme~ts are due and (ii) be in the arnount of that part of one or mor~e monthly
installments which. would be appGcable to principal. MY partial prepayme~t shall be applied ag~inst the principal artwunt
outstarding snd shall nd postpone the due date of any subsequent monthly installments or change the amount af such
installments, unlesa the Mortgagee shall otheiwise agee in writing. If. within five years from the date of this Aasumption and
Release Agreement, Purchaser malces anY prcpayments in any twelve month period beginning with the date of this Asaumption
and Release Agreement or anniversary dates thercof ("loan year') with money lent to PurcNaser by a knder other thaa the
Mortgagee. Purchaser shall pay the Mortgagee (a) during each of the iust three loan years ~• 3 ~ 5 percxnt of the amount
