'Corporation, and counsel ior ~hat Defendant and counsel for
the Plaintiffs having both been present and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
l. That the Motion to Dismiss as to Count I of the
Plaintiffs' Complaint is hereby granted.
2. That the Motion to Dismiss as to the rest of the
Plaintiffs' Complaint is denied.
3. The Plaintiffs shall have twenty (20) days from the
date of this Order in which to amend their Complaint.
