THIS CAUSE came before the court and the court, being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all previously issued trial
subpoenas, served by any of the parties hereto, be and the same
are hereby validated and shall be in full force and effect for
the trial weeks of March 2 and March 10, 1981; that witnesses
and other parties may be~served with a copy of this Order, either
by mail or by process, and will, thereupon, be notified that their
previously served subpoenas, which were served for the trial week
of January 19, 1981, ~vill be and are valid for the trial weeks of
Aiarch 2 and rfarch 10 , 1981.
