STIPULATION
By way of compromising the above style,d action, it is
hereby stipulated between the plaintiff and the defendant
as follows.
1. The order.of the Court entered January 9, 1981
temporarily enjoining the Defendant, BARRY J. LEE, shall
be made permanent.
2. The Plaintiff, ELIZABETH ANNE GRIFFIN, releases
the defendant, BARRY J. LEE, from and waives all claims
for damages and punitive damages accruing through the date
of execution of this stipulation.
3. The Defendant, BARRY J. LEE, releases the Plaintiff,
ELIZABETH ANNE GRIFFIN, from and waives any and all claims
against the Plaintiff, ELIZABETH ANNE GRIFFIN, accruing
through the date of execution of this stipulation.
