HomeMy WebLinkAbout2697i• Uniform Comn-ercial Code in (a) the proceeds of any and all contracts for sale, lease or other transfer of all o~_ any part of the above-described premises and/or the improvements thereon, all of which are hereby~assigned to Mortgagee, and (b) all fixtures and tangible personal property located in or on and used or intended to be used in connection with the construction, use, maintenance and/or operation of said premises and the improvements thereon, including all replacements thereof, additions thereto and substitutions therefor; and for the purposes hereof, Mortgagor will from time to time make, do, execute and acknowledge, or will cause from time to time to be made,.done, executed and acknowledged, as the situation,may require from time to time, such deeds, conveyances, financing statements and other assurances in law as may be required for the purpose of effectuating the intent hereof and for better assuring and confirming to Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, the security interest hereby created and a security interest in all property used in such connection as aforesaid. The Mortgagc•r •• warrants that the Mortgagor is or will be the sole and abso~.ute owner of all fixtures and tan ible ersonal ' g p property located on or in said premises or in the improvements thereon and used or intended for use in connection wfth the use, maintenance or operation of said premises and improvements. The Mortgagor shall not remove any of such fixtures or tangible personal property from the premises without the prior written consent of the Mortgagee. Eleventh: RELEASE.
