PARCEL III: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right of way line of
State Road A-1-A, and the North line of the North 100 feet of the
South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the North half (N 1/2) of
Section 23. Township 34 South. Range 40 East. St. Lucie County~
Florida; thence running North 89 degrees. 49 minutes East 260.9
feet; thence South 22 degrees. 11 minutes East. 100 feet; thence
South 89 degrees. 19 minutes West 265.35 feet to the Easterly right
of way line of State Road A-1-A. thence run North 18 degrees. 18
minutes West ~ 100 feet to the point of beginning . Said tract being
a part of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of aforesaid
Government Lot 1. in St. Lucie County. Florida; and ~ying East of
the Easterly right of way line of State Road A-1-A and running

and riparian rights, lying East of the right-of-way of State Road A-1-A. being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right of way of State Road A-1-A
and the North line of the South 2300 feet of Government Lot 1 in the North 1/2
of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence run N89°35'10"E. a distance of 438.39 feet, to the mean high water line
and the Westerly shore of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meandering in a Southerly
direction along the said mean high water line. the said meander generally running.
S20°42'15"E. a distance of 106.62 feet. and S24~57'40"E, a distance of 109.94 feet.
and S22o38'41'~E~ a distance of 108.03 feet, and S21°21'24"E, a distance of 107.07
feet. and S23°57'28"E, a distance of 108.08 feet. and S25°13'll"E, a distance of
