STIYULIITION F'OR SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL
COME NOW the parties in proper person, joined by their
at~orneys of record, and stipulate as follows: ,
1. DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY. NORMAN S. BRINSLEY
agrees to quit-claim all his.right, title and interest in tihe
parties' real property which is particularly described in
~.paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Final Judgment in this cause, tc~ his
former wife, JUDY A. CLO~E, formerly JUDY A. BRINSLEY, and
aqrees to execute the necessary legal documents to transfer
title accordingly. The said former wife agrees to assume
