5. DISMISSAL OF MOTION PENDING IN THE CIRCUIT COURT
OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. NORMAN S. BRINSLEY shall cause to be
withdrawn or dismissed the pending metion made on his behalf
seeking in ~ersonam jurisdiction over the respondent therein.
~ Mr. Brinsley further agrees not to initiate any further actions
in Case No. 80 B 8428 in the Domestic Relations Division of- the
: Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, which would be incon-
;; sistent with the Stipulation.
