DURABLE FAMILY POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, ThSt I, CHARLES L.
PATRICK, the father of SANDRA K. PETERSON, do hereby con-
stitute and appoint my daughter, SANDRA K. PETERSON, my true
and lawful attorney for me and in my hame, place and stead
to bargain, sell, convey, e~2ecute contracts, bills
of sale, certificates of title,. and agreements
for deeds, deeds, notes, mortgages, partial
releases, and satisfactions of mortgages on any and '
all real or personal property or interest therein
that is owned by me, and also to accept drafts
and bills of ~xchange and to sign and endorse
' checks, drafts, withdrawal slips and all other
items pertaining to my banking business at any
bank or savings and loan association at which
I may have an account, and to sell, transfer and
assign any~stocks or bonds owned by me either indivi-
dually or jointly with another person and execute '
the necessary stock powers or certificates pertaining
thereto, and to sign waivers, consents, authorizations _
' and releases pertaining to my health, care and
treatment and to become the legal guardian-of any ~
of my minor children, hereby -
giving and granting unto my daughter, SANDRA K. PETERSON, full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and
about the premises as fully, to all intents and purposes, as
I might or could do personally, hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my daughter, SANDRA K. PETERSON, shall lawfully do
or cause to be done.by virtue hereof.
It is my intent in executing this instrument that
the power conferred on my daughter, SANDRA K. PETERSON,
shall be exercisable commencing with the date hereof,
notwithstanding any later disability or incapacity
that I may suffer, so,that this durable family power
of attorney stiall not be affected by disability of
the principal except as provided by Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
