TERMS OP THIS MORTGAGE. ~
THIS BALLOON MORTGAGE DEED executed the 3rd day of February,
1981 by HOWARD NORTH and BETTY A. NORTH, husband and wife hereinafter
called the mortgaqor, to HUNTER-McKEEVER COMPANY, a partnership
consisting of Shirley A. Hunter and Claudia H. McKeever, hereinafter `
referred to as mortgagee. ~
WITNESSETH that for good and valuable considerations, and also ~
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in~the promissory note ~
of even date herewith, hereafter described, the mortgagor~hereby
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms
unto the mortgagee all the certain land of which the mor-tgagor .

Florida, less the North 82.21 feet as measured along
