THIS CAUSE having come before the court ex parte and
the Court having considered the file and the Clerk's records
of payments, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of Contempt
entered by this Court on January 13, 1981, shall be and it is
hereby set aside due to the fact that the Respondent had purged
himself of the arrears in the Petitioner's Motion for Enfor~ement
and Contempt dated on November 24, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St, Lucie County, Florida,
on this r~ day of January, 1981.
