O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard before the Honorable William G.
Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, on the Motion of Errol S. Willes, Esquire,
for contempt on January 30, 1981 and the Court having heard testi-
mony on behalf of Errol S. Willes, Esquire, and the Husband, Richard
D. DiFrancesco, failing to appear although served with process by
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida on January 21, 1981 at
2~:25 p.m., and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, RichartiD. DiFrancesco, has failed to comply
with the terms and conditions of naraqraph 5 of the Final Judgment
entered herein on June 23, 1980 in that he failed to make payment to
Erxol S. Willes, Esquire, for his attorney's fees of $250 as provided
therein.
2. The Husband has the ability to make the payments pur-
suant to said Final Judgment of June 23, 1980.
3. The Court determines that the Husband, Richard D.
DiFrancesco, is in wi~ful contempt of this Court for his failure to
comply with the terms of the Final Judgment~~and is in arrears in his
payments to Errol S. Willes, Esquire in the amount of $250.
4. The Court determines that a reasonable fee for counsel
of record for the Wife is the sum of $150 plus $12 costs expended by
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, and the Husband, Richard D. DiFrancesco,
is ordered to pay said sum to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, as herein-
after set out.
