O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard before the Honorable William
G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge, on the Wife's Motion for Order of
Contempt on January 30, 1981 and the Court having heard testimony
of the Husband and argument of counsel for the Wife and being.fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, Alfred A. Hamm, has failed to comply with
the terms and conditions of paragraph 10 of the Final Judgment entered
in this cause on August 7, 1980 in that he has failed to make any
payment to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, for his attorney's fees of $300
and costs in the amount of $42.50 as provided therein.
2. The Husband had the ability to make such payments pur-
suant to the Final Judgment of August 7, 1980.
3. The Court determines that the Husband, Alfred A. Hamm,
is in wilful contempt of this Court for his failure to comply with
the terms of said Final Judgment as above set out and is in arrears
in his payments to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the amount of $342.50.
4. The Court determines that a reasonable fee for counsel
of record for the Wife is the sum of $150 plus $12 costs expended by
the Wife and that the Husband, Alfred A. Hamm, is ordered to pay said
sum of $162 to Errol S. Willes, Esquire, as hereinafter set out.
5. The Husband may purge himself by making payment of
$504.50 in the manner following: $50 on February 27, 1981 and S50
