HENRIETTA RUTH FARINEAU, Wife,
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on January 23, 1981 upon
those portions of the Wife's Petition filed herein seeking
temporary relief, including a restraining order and an order
requiring the Husband to remove himself and his personal effects
from the apartment rented by the Wife and the Court having heard
testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel for
the Wife and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Eugene Fred Farineau, shall remove
hiR~self and his personal effects from the apartment located at
3211 South 7th Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida on or before January
26, 1981.
2. The Husband, Eugene Fred Farineau, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
harassing or using physical violence on the Wife, Henrietta Ruth
Farineau.
3. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assi.stance to the Wife as may be neces-
sary iq insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without
further order of this Court. ~
