THIS CAUSE having come be~ore this Court upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment and both the P~laintiff
and Defendant having been present and the Court having found
that the Defendant was in default and further finding that
the Defendant had no objection to the Affidavits submitted
by the Plaintiff, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff, FORT PIERCE CITY EMPLOYEES CREOIT UNION,
recovers from Defendant, RICHARD D. MACY, the sum of
$3,026.82 together with court costs in the amount of $110.75
and a reasonable attoreny's fee of $550.00, totaling
$3,687.57, for which let executio issue.
DONE AND ORDERED this day of February, 1981.
