at La Clinica Palerao. That she is the daughter of Moises Rosemberg and
Lia De Rosemberg, that the 1ega1 resson of her death was Shock Sepico,
that wa~ certifed by Doctor Humberto Marulanda, Register #4250. Signed
in presence of witnesses.

Lucie, Florida. '

Spanish into English.
