I give, devise and bequeath my entire eatate, as hereinabove
defined, as followss
A. The sum of One T'housand ($1,000.00) Dollars to JOHN
P. IQ,EIS, of 4501 N.W. 43rd Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, if he
survives me.
B. The sum of One Thousand {$1,000.00) Dollars to
JANET BISBING, of Philadelphia,_Pennsylvania, if she survives
me.
C. The sum of ONE Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to
GLADYS BISBING, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, if she survives
me.
D. All the rest, residue and remainder,of my estate
to PAUL PHILLIPS and LOIS PHILLIPS, his wife, of 5129 Devon
Road, North Olmstead, Ohio, in equal shares, or all to the
survivor of them, per stirpes and in fee.
IV,
I hereby nominate, constitut~ and appoint my wife, ANNE
R. SNYDER, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and

I direct that she not be required to furnish bond or other
security in any jurisdiction. I vest my Executrix with full
power and authority to sell, transfer and convey any property,
real or personal, which I may own at the time of my death at
such time and price and upon such terms and conditions (including
crediti as she may determine and to do every other act and thing
necessary or appropriate to the complete atlministration of this
will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, i have subscribed and sealed and do
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, con-
