I, FLORENCE W. MUSTAINE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, being •;
of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and
declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking a31
former Wills ar~d Codicils by me made.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral ex- ~

penses be paid by my Executor hereinafter appointed, as sooa after `

my death as practical.

SECOND: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,~

real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,?
of which I die seized and possessed, I give, devise and bequeath to ~

my husband, C. D. MUSTAINE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, to be his ;
absolutely and forever.
THIRD: In the event that my said husband, C. D. MUSTAINE,
shall predecease me or die simultaneously with me as a result of
the same accident, disaster, epidemic or other calamity, then in
that event, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever
kind and wheresoever situate, of which I die seized and possessed
to my daughters, JEAN MUSTAINE BROWN, 2007 South Indian River Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and ANN MUSTAINE JERNIGAN, 1109 Circle Drive,
Tallahassee, Florida, to have and to hold absolutely and forever,
equally, share and share alike.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
C. D. I~USTAINE, to be Executor of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
and specifically grant unto him full powers as such Executor to
administer my estate, expressly excusing him from giving any bond
or making any returns to any Court. I exp~essly confer upon him
