full autYiority and power to sell and convey any part or all of my
estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice, as he
may deem best, and without any order of Court. I authorize him to
make good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold
the proceeds of any sale to the same uses as hereinbefore declared ~
in the several items of th is, my Will. I further expressly confer
~ upon him the authority and power to borrow money for the use of my
said estate in any instance where he may think it necessary and
proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other
form of security to or upon any part of my estate; this he may do `

In the event that riy said husband, C. D. MUSTAINE, should ~
predecease me or die simultaneously with me, or shall fail for any
reason whatsoever to qualify as such Executor, then and in that
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, JEAN MUSTAINE;
BROWN, 2007 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, Exec- ;

utrix of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and I direct that she ;
shali not be required to give bond or any security in any juris- ;
diction, and I expressly confer upon her the same powers herein
expressly given to my said husband, C. D. MUSTAINE, should she
serve as Executrix of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.-
