1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
named alternate personal representative in the decedent's Last Will
and Testament. The first named personal representative in decedent's

will, Cedric Benz, died on June 24, 1980, a certified copy of his
deatli certificate is attached hereto. Petitioner's name and address
are: David Schenandoah, 604 Coconut Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida
33452, and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are set
forth at the end of this petition. ~
2. Decedent, Frances Pearl Lee, whose last known address
was 606 Coconut Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and whose age
was 78 and whose social security number is 041-18-7258, died on
January 15, 1981 at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known~ the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate and of the decedent's surviving spouse, if any~ their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the age of any who are
