4. Venue of this proceeding is in ~his county because
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County~ Florida.
S. David Sct~enandoah, whose address is 604 Coconut Avenue,
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452 and who is qualified under the laws of
the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of the
decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment as per-
sonal representative because he is a resident of the State of Florida
and is named in decedent`s Will as alternate personal representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate are: cash, personal property and real property, in the
approximate value of $ 75,000.00 .
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's will dated January 30,
1978 accompanies this petition, and said will is a self-proved will.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's~will be admitted to
probate and that petitioner be appointed personal representative of
the estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the -
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
