I, FRANCES PEARL LEE, a resident of and domiciled in the County
of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, he reby revoking any and all Wills and
Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST: It is my.will and desire that all of my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid pranptly out of the principal of my
estate as soon after my death as may be practicable. I direct that
my body be interred in my family burial plot at HILLCREST MEMORIAL
GARDENS, next to.my deceased husband's grave. I further direct that
my Personal Representative shall employ YATES F[1NERAL HOME to be in
charge of all arrangements.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to CARL SARESKY the sum
of One ($1.00) Dollar and nothing else; and Z give, devise and be-
queath to HERMAN SARESKY the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and nothing
else.
THIRD: I give, devise, and bequeath to the NATIONAL HOME OF
VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS, at Eaton Rapids, Michigan 48827, the sum
of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.

FOURTH: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, of whatever location or description, of which I
may die possessed, or over wh ich I have power of disposition, I give,
devise, and bequeath to my friends, HEATHER HEINE and .1ULIE HEINE,
equally, share and share alike, or to the survivor of them.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate, canstitute, and appoint CEDRIC
BENZ, as Personal Representative of this, my Last Will and Testa-
ment.. In the event that he fails to survive me, or ceases to act,
' or for any reason fails to qua lify a s my Personal Representative, ~
