then I nominate, constitute, and appoint DAVID SCHENANDOAH, as
Alternate Personal Representative. I direct that no bond or other
security shall be required of either of them for the faithful
performance of his duties hereunder.
SIXTH: I hereby empower my Personal Representative or Al-
ternate Personal Representative to lease, encumber, sell, exchange,

or personal, or any part thereof, in such manner and at such sale

hearing, order, or any other action. I do further authorize my
Personal Representative or Alternate Personal Representative to
hbld, manage, and operate any property belonging Co my estate at
the risk of my estate and not at the risk of my Personal Representa-
tive or Alternate Personal Representative, the prof its and losses
therefrom to inure or be chargeable to my estate as a whole.
