The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
sole surviving child. His name and address is as set forth in
paragraph 3 and the name and address of his attorney is as set
farth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, BRICEA GILLIS, a/k/a ELIZABETH BRICFA
FURGSON GILLIS, whose last known address was 11300 Mall Drive
Court, Richmond, Virginia, died on September 30, 1980 at
Richmond, Virginia, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in Chesterfield County, State of Virginia.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of_ this estate and of decendent's surviving spouse, if any, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who
are minors, are:
