7. The decedent`s spouse, CHARLES A. GILLIS, did not
survive the decedent, he having died on June 18, 1968, a copy of
his certificate of death beinq attached hereto.
8. The estate is not indebt.ed except for: NONF
9. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent
including exempt property, be distributed as follows:

10. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11.
11. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
February 13, 1971, has been duly probated in the Circuit Court of .
Chesterfield County, Virginia, and a certified copy thereof
accbmpanies this petition. ,
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and an order of summary administration be
entered directinq distribution of the assets in the estate in
accordance with the schedule set forth in paraqraph 9 of this
petition.
