. And thereupon. on the motion of Robert J. Gillis. the Execut~r
named in safd will, he was a1loWed to qvalify as such, whPreunon
. the said Robert J. Gillis entered into and acknowledged a bond in

of his duties as such Executor and he further qualified as such by
