PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIA.N
The undersigned, as Guardian of the property of Ernest W.
Turner, incompetent, alleges:
1. Ernest W. Turner died on December 6, 1980. A certified
copy of the death certificate accompanies this Petition.
2. The Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting con-
taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since
the date of the last periodic accounting filed herein.
3. The Petitioner has fully administered this estate. by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented during the period thereof, and by
paying or making provision for the nayment of all expenses of
administration.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner requests that an order be entered
discharging the Petitioner as Guardian of the property of Ernest
W. Turner~ incompetent.
