i t Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoWledges that this
: purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLACB OF HUTCHINSON ISL•AND is sub~ect
~ ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiun in
~ which his unit is lxated and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
~i ited to (ahether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominium or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-Laws of the Asso~iation, Articles of Incorporation,
' the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
p- , brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser~ and all Amendments
}~j to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormers
`- Association; and Purchaser further acknoMrledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~ plan, and ackna+ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~ tial~ to the suceessful operation and management of the Condominium property
and is in the best interests and-for the benefit of all the oKners therein.
L Purehaser and all o~mers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
- Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
attaehed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~rner's
,~ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acirnowledges and confirms that the
• Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owmer's Association

~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to_Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the
y` Property Otimer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all ~+arranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained

in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
•~~•; the common expenses and the sums due under the Property 04mer's Association and
•~ other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
! nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or
~~ guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
