TNIS ACTION CAME ON for final hearing on January 12, 1981,
upon the Husband's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and a
Default having been regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court
upon the Wife's failure to answer or otherwise nlead, and the Wife
having been served through publication and by certified mail. the
Court having heard the testimony of ARTRUR C. STOCKDALE. the Husband,
and the Husband's witness, and being fully advised, finds and decides
as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit.
2. That the relationship of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved.
3. That the Husband presently resides at 950 Frances Lane~,

Fort Pierce. St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
4. That the Wife presently resides at 26 Abbey Lane, Levittown,
Long Is land, ilew York .
S. That one child was born of this marriage, to-wit: JENNIFER
ELIZABETH STOCKDALE, age 4.

6. That this Court lacks jurisdiction to determine the custody
of the minor child, JENNIFER ELIZABETH STOCKDALE. ,
7. That the parties do not jointly own any property, real
or personal, in the State of Florida.
