FINAL JUOGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon Plaintiff's motion
for final judgment, and the court having examined the verified complaint,
together with the answer thereto, and it appearing to,the court that the.
averments contained in the verified complaint are true, that no material
facts have been concealed, that Plaintiff's WILLIAM H. THOMPSON and MARY
A. THOMPSON, his wife, have conveyed all their right, title and interest
in and to the subject property to Plaintiff's WILLIAM R. ALLEN and BARBARA
ALLEN, his wife, so that any interest they may have in this cause of ac-
tion has been extinguished, and that Plaintiff's WILLIAM R. ALLEN and
BARBARA ALLEN, his wife, are vested with the legal title to the following
described real property:
Beginning at a point on the West line of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, which point is 1155.36 feet North of the SW
corner of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section;
thence run North along said West line 100 feet; thence
East parallel with the section line to the shore of the
Indian River; thence in a Southeasterly direction along
the shore of the Indian River to a point 1155.36 feet North
of the South line of said SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence
West to the Point of Beginning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM all
rights-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railway and all
public roads.
