and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That this Court has.jurisdiction of the subject matter and the
parties of this suit.
2. That Plaintiff's WILLIAM R. ALLEN and BARBARA ALLEN, his wife,
are declared to be the fee simple and absolute owners of the above-
described real property situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida.
3. That all the right, title or interest of the defendants and
all persons claiming by, through or under them, and all parties having
or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the real property
which is the subject matter of this cause of action since the filing
of the Lis Pendens, be and the same are quieted, vacated, set aside
and cancelled as clouds upon the title of the plaintiffs in and to
said real property; be and it is forever fully and completely estab-
lished against all defendants to this action, ~nd against all persons
having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the lands
involved in this action since the filing of the Lis Pendens. •
4. That all the defendants, and all~persons claiming by, through or
under them and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title
or interest in the above-described lands since the filing of the Lis
Pendens are forever prohibited, enjoined and restrained of and from
asserting any right,.title, interest, claim or demand of any nature
or kind whatsoever in, to or against those lands of the plaintiff or
any part of them.
