ment of an Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem for defend-
ants, and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereby

appointed attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem for the
defendants, and he shall serve written defenses without service
of process on them.
It shall not be'necessary for the attorney ad litem or
guard ian ad 1 item to f i le an oath. The f il ing of an AnsKer or
other paper shall be an accepta~ce of this appointment and the
undertaking of this part to discharge faithfully the duties of
his off-ice.
