DeROSS, JR., is • appointed attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem for the defendant, and he shall serve written defenses without service of process on her. It shall not be necessary for the attorney ad litem or guardian ad litem to file an oath. The filing of an Answer or other paper shall be an acceptance of this appointment and the undertaking of this part to discharge faithfully the duties of his off ice.
