executed the within instrument on behalf of Corporate
Trust N.V., Corporate Trust N.V. beinq known to me to
be the managing director of VAUCI.USL•' liUTCHINSON N.V.
and acknowledged to me that Corporate Trust N.V.
executed the same as such managing director of VAUC LUSE
HUTCHINS ON N.V. and G.J. Roos executed the same pursuant
to its Articles of Incorporation.
