SECOND MORTGAGE DEED
THIS SECOND MORTGAGE DEED, made and executed the 30th,day of
January, 1981, by VAUCLUSE HUTCHINSON, N.V., a Netherlands
Antilles corporation, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which
term shall include the heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns of the said Mortgagor wherever the context so

appertaining. TOGETHER with all oil and mineral rights
and further together with all rights, if any, reserved !
