2, Township 3? South, Range 41 East, being a tract of land located partly
in Goverr~ment Lots 1 and 2 and 3 of said Section 2, extending from the
Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River, having a frontage on new State Road
AlA of 500 feet, mo~ or less, less AlA right of way. TOGETHER with all
riparian rights and littoral rights thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining. TOGETHER with all oil and mineral rights and further to-
gether with all rights, if any~ reserved to the center of any adjoining
roads and/or highways and together with all improvements thereto.
If mortgagor is not in default under any provisions ofthis mortgage,
partial releases may be obtained on the schedule below. For purposes
of such partial releases, the shoreline shall be deemed parallel-to the
centerline of State Road AlA. -
1) Upon papment or prepayment of all-principal of and interest due on
Note No. 1, there shall be a simultaneous release of a strip of land
measuring 100 feet along the shore line from the S outh of the subject
property running from the Atlantic Ocean westerly to the Indian River.
2) Upon payment or prepayment of all nrincipal of and interest due on
Note 2, there shall be another simultaneous release of a strip of land '
measuring -100 feet along the shore line contiguous to the property
released previously. _
3) Upon payment or prepayment of all principal of and interest due on"
Note 3, there shall be another simultaneous release of a strip of land
measuring 50 feet along the shore line contiguous to the property released
